The location near Piccadilly Circus made getting around quite easy. The room included a television with many channels. Staff offered help with directions and nearby attractions. I found the blackout curtains worked effectively in blocking out light.
The bathroom was a bit small, so moving around was a challenge.

Ahmed helped with luggage storage after checkout, arranged a taxi. The hotel's prime location next to Fortnum & Mason made shopping very convenient. My room was quiet, as requested, and it was on the 12th floor, away from the street noise.
The lack of a bath mat made the bathtub quite slippery.
